When will my order ship?

Every item is made to order just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and US shipping typically takes another 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart. Most items ship for $4.95–$7.99 anywhere in the United States, and orders of $50 or more ship free.

When should I order for Christmas?

To arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 10. Every item is made to order, so earlier is always better.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each item is custom-made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or color changes. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.

How do I choose the right size?

Each apparel listing includes a size chart. Most of our tees are unisex, so many women prefer to size down for a closer fit.

How do personalized items work?

On personalized items (our "EST." hats, the Grandma's Sweethearts names blanket and the family photo puzzle), tap the Add personalized design button before adding to cart. Type your year or names, or upload your photo, then tap Continue. You'll see a preview of your design. Please double-check spelling, since we print exactly what you enter.

How do I care for my items?

Tees: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Mugs: hand-washing is recommended to keep designs vibrant. Engraved wood: hand-wash and oil occasionally.
